Planned delivery areas
Our initial service will cover Dhaka and locations outside Dhaka through approved courier partners. The current planned delivery charge is ৳70 within Dhaka and ৳120 outside Dhaka, subject to final courier confirmation.
Dispatch and tracking
Orders will be checked, securely packed and handed to the courier after confirmation. Customers will receive an order update through the contact channel supplied during checkout.
Returns
For hygiene and safety, opened personal-care and feeding products generally cannot be returned unless they are faulty, damaged or incorrect. The final policy and reporting window will be published before purchases are accepted.
Damaged or incorrect orders
Keep the packaging and take clear photographs of the parcel and item. Our support team will review eligible reports and explain the next step.
